Early Bird Rate is $225.00 only until April 15, 2011.
Regular Rate after April 15 is $250.00.
Student Rate is $125.00 (limited number)

Note that if you would like your agency to be invoiced for the cost of the registration you cannot register online, rather you need to complete your registration by mail.
PLEASE NOTE: THE CATIE PRECONFERENCE REGISTRATION IS SEPARATE FROM THIS REGISTRATION. Please click on the CATIE link to the left in the green menu bar and follow instructions on how to register for the Pre-Conference Day.
Confirmation and Cancellation
You will be sent a confirmation notice once you are registered and payment is received. Registered persons who cannot attend may be replaced by another participant provided a written request is received by the conference. No refunds will be given after May 1, 2011.
